This type of excellent work will cost as mush as $80,000 to have a shop build one for you. Thinking of having one built by TLC of Van Nuys CA or Cruiser Solutions of New Hampshire, think again.
Now you have a chance to own one for a fraction of that cost to originally build it.
This one is close to new. Look at the level of work being performed.
The whole truck was disassembled down to the littlest pieces. The chassis and related parts were media blasted and then powder coated.
The body was also totally disassembled, then media blasted and old paint and primer removed. From there is was dipped in a special bath, that then galvanized the entire body. This treatment makes the steel completely "RUST PROOF". So the body, no matter in what type of wet or salty or damp climate will never start to bubble or show signs of rust! Perfect machine for a beach comber or someone that lives in the rust belt of America…
Then all hardware (Nuts & Bolts) are now all stainless or hardened steel. So there is NO chance this Land Cruiser will ever rust again. Perfect for Salty, rainy or snowy conditions. Imagine an FJ40 that will not rust!
The 2F Toyota 6 cylinder motor has run excellent for us at the shop and should give you many years of driving pleasure.
The Motor has been upgrade with new: water pump, alternator, fuel pump, exhaust, 4 core radiator (should Never Over Heat)
All the recent work done in th elast two years:
- New Vintage Air – AIR CONDITIONING!
- New Power Steering
- New wiring harness
- New 10,000 pound winch
- New Old-Man-Emu suspension,
- New axels - were rebuilt and powder coated.
- New Brakes and brake lines
- Special "Bright Eyes" Headlights
